No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders
and manage returns more easily.

Yes, we source products directly from trusted vendors and conduct quality checks before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
1.Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
2.Which courier partners do you use?
We ship via major carriers like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart, DTDC,
etc., depending on your location.
3.How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your

Payment
1.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net
banking, wallets, and Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
2.Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available with phone number verification. We may call you to confirm the
order.
3. Isit safe to pay online on your store?
Absolutely. All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay’s encrypted payment
gateway.
Returns& Refunds

1.What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required to
claim returns for damaged or incorrect items.
2.How will I get my refund?
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 8–15 business days to
your original payment method.
3.Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are
not possible.
